Glow Bracelets and Glasses are Cool Party Favors
While planning my daughter’s sixth birthday party, I came across a really cool idea for some unique party favors. I had decided to put those really cool glow bracelets and glow in the dark glasses for all of the kids to take home in their party favor bags. I figured that since the party would be getting over around seven or so, they could continue the fun at home after the party.
The day that the glow items arrived, I opened them to show my daughter how neat they were. She had to put on a glow bracelet and a pair of the glow in the dark glasses and then go in the bathroom and shut the door to have complete darkness. She thought that they were really cool.
As each parent arrived for the party, they told me that they had already heard of the cool glow things that the kids were getting. It seems that my daughter had told all of her friends at school, about them. The kids were not happy that they were supposed to wait for them, till after the party was over.
I ended up getting the party favor bags out about an hour into the party, so the kids could try out their glow bracelets and their cool glow in the dark glasses altogether in the dark bathroom. I even got a few really good pictures of them all crammed in the bathroom wearing their glow stuff.
