When I pulled up to the paint supplies Angier NC company that my remodeling company to go to, I had no idea what colors I was going to pick out. I had looked at many different color wheels and could not make up my mind. Finally after about four weeks of this, my remodeling company contractor told me that he had to have the colors that I wanted for the paint and walls by the end of the week. I am excited to think that we will be able to put everything into our closet once the closet organizer is installed. We should be able to get rid of the additional armoire that we purchased to hold everything that we could not previously fit in the closet. That will make a lot more space in our bedroom for us to walk around.

I have been looking for a new hayter lawnmower and not having much luck finding one that I can afford. I figured that most lawn mower dealers would have one in stock, or at least be able to get their hands on a hayter lawnmower. I tried several local dealers and then decided to switch my attention to the internet.

On the internet, I had many more choices and there were also different price points. I could buy lawn mowers that were in tip top shape, or purchase some that would take maybe a little bit of work but that were not too far gone.

I decided to purchase actually two different hayter lawnmowers that both needed a little bit of work. The first one only needed a few minor parts and I knew that I already had them in my shop. The second of the two needed some bigger parts that I found through an online dealer for real cheap, so I just paid for them to be shipped at the same time that the lawn mowers would be shipped out.

I hope to use one of the lawn mowers for my own personal need and then sell the other on one of those auction sites since I have seen how hard it is to get your hands on a good in shape hayter lawnmower for a good price.

The waterfree urinal that we just ordered from our plumbing fixtures company is the top of the line. I wanted to be able to actually see other than what I had seen in pictures, but the plumbing fixtures company ordered two and sold both of them as soon as some of their clients saw them. I think that I would have been the next stop after them but they got them first and now I have to wait about four to six weeks for our waterfree urinal to come in.

I told all my customers about it and of course the men are all looking forward to seeing the waterfree urinal and the ladies just think that anything in a men’s restroom must be really gross no matter how new it is. I have always put time and money into making the women’s restroom really nice and have never spent any money on the men’s but that is about to change.

Four to six weeks from now and maybe a little extra time to install it and I will have the coolest restroom for men in this town, since the people who bought the floor models of the waterfree urinal are sixty miles away.

The Raleigh remodeling company that I called to give me an estimate on some custom room additions is coming over tonight to do just that. I need to make sure that the custom rood additions do not look as though we just added them on without thinking of the way that they look outside too.

One of the rooms that we want the Raleigh remodeling company to quote us on is a new family room that will double as a theatre room. So, it needs to be sound proof and have windows that can have dark curtains put on, or black shades to keep out any light that may come through.

I have also chosen to have a custom room addition of a family workout room on the other side of the house. I do not like having to go in the basement to work out every morning and I think that more of the family would join in if it were just down the hallway, off of the kitchen. As soon as the Raleigh remodeling company completes the bids, we will know if we can afford to do both rooms, if not then we will have to discuss which one we want to move forward with at this time.

I am so happy that I made the changes to the house. It no longer looks like the house I bought from the previous owners, it looks like my house.

I was looking for a good home remodeling company in my area and started by asking my neighbors if they knew of anyone who they knew did a good job. My neighbor across the street said that she had had a roofing company come out and redo her roof and discovered that they could also help her with many more things. She just assumed that all they did was roofs.

My neighbors down the street had a window cleaning done yesterday. They had scum and bugs over most of the windows on the whole house and it looked very bad until the window washing company came and did their thing. I heard that the amount of dirt and grime that comes off of the windows is crazy and you would not think that much would come off. Anyway, my wife has been nagging on me this week to call the window cleaning company that they used down the street so I think I may just give in. It’s not that expensive to get the job done and it looks real nice when it’s done. The window washing process seems to go really fast too and I think the neighbors had all of theirs finished in about an hour or two. Sometimes I feel like we have too new of a house to have stuff like that done. I guess it will increase the value of our home, though, which is always good. We actually talked about selling this home and getting a nice place in the hills sometime in the next year so I suppose it would not all be in vain. I suppose I will call the window cleaning guys tomorrow or Wednesday if not then.
