My husband and I were getting ready to retire and knew exactly where we wanted to settle down. We had always loved going to Spain, so we started looking for property for sale in Spain. Of all the Spanish properties that the real estate agent sent us, we narrowed it down to just five that we were interested in seeing. We decided that at the end of the month that we would travel over to see the property for sale in Spain and hopefully buy our retirement house.

When we got to Spain, we read a lot of real estate news in different magazines, newspapers and checked out some websites too. Most of the real estate news focused on how the market was down and that this would be a great time to purchase a new home, a second home or even a vacation home. Since our purchase would be for a new home, we were excited. We had asked the real estate agent to meet us at the house that we seemed to like the best and agreed about.

After we took a look at all five houses, it was easy to make out decision. We ended up buying the first house that we had looked at that day. The real estate news was right; it was a good time to buy a new home in Spain.

If your company does not change the appearance of their site during the holiday months, they are definitely missing out on some sales. I know that I would rather shop on a site that gets me in the mood for Christmas than one that stays the same all year round. I saw recently where you can buy different Christmas web templates to add to your site and make it all cheery with snowmen, or angels.

I would probably have to go with the Christmas website themes that have things like Santa or reindeer on them. The choices are endless with the Christmas web templates.

I would go to my boss first and explain the benefits of putting these different Christmas website themes up on your company’s site. Just have them look at all the choices and they could even take a poll on the existing site, to see if their customers would like to visit a site in the holiday months that look festive or one that is plain. I think you already know what their answer would be. I hope you can talk you’re your boss in to doing something to that plain site they are putting out there.

About a year ago I had a friend that wanted to add a sunroom to his Chicago house. He looked in the phone book for a Chicago remodeling company but decided to ask around since none of the phone book ads impressed him very much. He wanted a good home remodeling company because he had been ripped off before by a home remodeler. This Chicago remodeling company did such a good job that to this day you cannot even tell it used to be an old deck. They are so happy with the results that they recommended them to a friend and gave the home remodeling guy more work than he knew what to do with.

I went to the mall last week to get some new Gucci shoes to wear with my new Armani suit. I had found the suit at a fantastic little shop in France and did not have time to get new Gucci shoes there. My flight was scheduled for about two hours after I found the suit.

I did however get two Prada handbags that were exquisite. The only reason why I had time to pick out the Prada handbags is because they were right next to the cashier station at the same shop where I found the suit.

I needed to get the Gucci shoes as soon as I returned to the States since I was receiving an award that following Monday. I found the perfect Gucci shoes and accepted my award in the Armani suit, the Gucci shoes and I had of course one of my perfect Prada handbags with me too. I had never felt more confident in my whole life standing behind that podium reading my acceptance speech.

I will never forget that night for as long as I live. Wearing the right clothes really helped me be able to walk up there, accept my award and give my speech with confidence.

I ordered my cleaning products from a different company this month. It seemed that the old company was starting to forget things in our order every month since they hired that new manager. I was not even sure where to find a new cleaning products company until someone suggested searching the internet for janitorial supplies and then I found a whole bunch of companies to choose from.

I started to compare all of the prices of the different janitorial supplies companies to those of the company that we used to use and found that we have been paying way too much for our cleaning products for way too long. I called them immediately to let them know to cancel our order for next month and that we would no longer need their services.

I set up our new account with an online company that guarantees their deliveries to be on time and that every item is in your order or it is free, with all of that, how could you go wrong. I am thinking that if we are getting all of our cleaning products on time and saving money that this is the best thing we have done for this company in the past six months.
