Money, Money, Money

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

Money is a very important matter nowadays. You can never move a finger without having to spend money. Wherever you look or go it is all about the money. I start to wonder how it was when money was of no value at all. Is life easier now with money or is it in fact easier without it before? Then, with money it doesn’t stop there at all. Spending is surely the best part of it but with money comes the never ending responsibility of having to earn it. Whether we like it or not we have to work hard for it. It is all about the money.

These days though it is quite a hassle to have to take around cash with us. Be it for personal or business use, cash is just so impractical.  So I thought I better start using checks and I found these checks online which I could purchase delivered right to my doorstep. The company offered cheap checks but they don’t sacrifice the quality including chic designs of your choice. Another thing about them is that when you order checks from them your personal information is tightly guarded. So what are you doing with a bunch of cash when you can actually make it easier with a check on hand?

Always be my Baby

Wednesday, May 26th, 2010

I have always liked looking at my baby in his footed pajamas, especially when she is sleeping. I sometimes just find myself standing beside her crib, adoring every singly parts of her body. Her cute little pajamas, especially the pink one with cute little bunnies makes her look even cuter. Even when she was growing up, I always love the way she looks in her pajamas. She looks so fresh and clean, and oh so huggable. That is why I always make sure to buy the cutest baby sleeper in the row. When she entered into her teens, I still buy her cute PJs once in a while, and I adore her in them just the same.

I think that that is the thing I miss the most about her. She moved out yesterday for college. Now, I can no longer check on her every night. Indeed, she is no longer a baby as she is already trying to spread her own wings out into the world. She will be making a lot of mistakes along the way, but I know that she will try to shake them off and learn from them. Nonetheless, no matter how far her destiny will take her, she will always be my baby.

Life is Short

Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

When one is young it seems okay to make foolish decisions and take on adventures one after the other. At 27 I was married to somebody who shared the same passion. Our topmost priorities were travel and adventure. We were skiing, trekking, bungee jumping, and even tried skateboarding. We traveled to Europe and China and planned to visit Morocco.

We were on our way to camping when we came across a road accident that involved four vehicles. We were first on the scene so we tried to help as much as we can while waiting for rescue. Sadly, one of the drivers involved in the accident died and three others were critical.

It was then that I recalled how my worried mom always reminded us that life was temporary and that we should be more careful. She had insisted we get term life insurance no medical but before that accident I always thought it was waste of money and time. The many steps and long process to get insured annoy me.

Thankfully, I found an Internet site that made life easy. The cheap term life insurance rates wiped out my misconceptions about applying. Their agent was reliable. They were even able to assist me with everything I needed all the way.

My wife and I will still pursue our travel plans and go on simpler adventures. What’s different now is I am more at peace with my life insurance in place.

Refrigerator Saved

Monday, May 24th, 2010

I never thought that one day that I would seek help from an ac company in Tampa. I have always been a fan of expensive things specifically appliances around my house. I have always equated expensive things with quality and reliable products. I put a sense of pride with my appliances because they never break down and they last for years. But there was one particular appliance that disappointed me. It was one the most expensive things that I bought in my house. But it broke my wallet my before and just recently, it broke my heart. You see, this is the fifteenth year of that refrigerator and just about a few days ago, it broke down. It was not cool on the inside anymore. I was thinking if I should just throw it away or I will just have it repaired but this would be my first time to contact a repair company.

So, I asked one of my friends to help me find a dependable company to repair my refrigerator. She suggested this refrigeration company Tampa that he found online. Losing my patience already because it’s been days that we were not able to use our refrigerator, I immediately contacted that company and I was very surprised of the efficient handling of our refrigerator’s problem. When they were done with it, they gave me a simple advice how to maintain my refrigerator. They saved my refrigerator and they restored my faith in repair service.

Finally Found a Trusted Company

Monday, May 24th, 2010

I know most of us have problem like this before–but it’s causing me headaches and heartaches.  Every time it rains, the roof would leak causing some of my furniture to get wet.  I asked my dad to find roofing contractors St Pete area to solve the problem but it’s easier said than done.  What I need is a long lasting proper roof installation and regular roof maintenance. With an experienced roof contractor it will help me ease my mind for roof repairs and replacements.  Fortunately, this company referred to me by a friend who used them during her torn roof left by hurricane—was in so much delight of having her roof back again.  I dialed their hotline and asked for an appointment.  They were all very polite and checked the interior and exterior part of the house.

I called some roofing companies before and they are all fairly good.  The thing is I’m looking for an experienced and handy company who can carry the work load. With my house roof being such a vital part of my home’s structure and value, it’s important to hire a reputable roof installer.  That’s why I never hire other companies aside from them; they are the most trusted company I had.

Drive a Flashy Safety Car

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

I’m reading a local car magazine while waiting in line for a paint & body Tampa Florida when an article caught my attention.  It states that dark colored cars are more prone to car collision accidents.  According to a study conducted by my insurance company, most cars getting hit by usually have a darker shade due to its invisible effect.  Mine was dark-gray and two days ago it almost got run over by a ten-wheeler truck after taking a side stop on the road.  He said he didn’t see my vehicle—I was in total shock after that!

So I’ve been thinking a lot— I need to change the color of my car if I want to prevent myself from getting any accidents that might cause my life.  I have been locating the best custom paint car Tampa FL shop; it is great a factor for any type of auto paint jobs. So I searched the internet and found the right company. They got the experience, knowledge, skill and uses only high quality auto paints.  I read some testimonials of former clients and most of them loved the service they gave. So, I gave it a go.

As far as I know, not so many paint shops offer a variety of services in one whole process and at an even price.  Now looking back, I can not recall the last time I worried so much on my car.  Not only it’s eye-catching-it’s also safe to drive. I truly recommend this company; they prove to be the best in this business.

One Stop Shop

Tuesday, May 18th, 2010

Every month, I hire a company for the maintenance of our heating and air conditioning systems. I do it every month because I can easily feel any changes to the heating or cooling performance of our units, and every time, I associate these changes to the physical condition of our heater and air conditioner. I am very particular on these issues, so I hire maintenance men as regular as every month.

However, my friend told me that I don’t really need to spend for this every month. I just need to hire a trustworthy company that could maintain my units in such a way that I will give good performance for a long time. It is also very convenient because the heat and air Clearwater Florida company she recommended can be seen online. I hired them and I after cleaning up my units, their performance did good six times longer than they did before, which means that I have saved an incredible amount of money. If only I know about them before.

I also discovered that the company is also a Bryant dealer Tampa Bay, a brand I really trust. For me, the company is one stop shop for my heating and cooling needs.

Expanding my Business the Right Way

Monday, May 17th, 2010

Our family business has been thriving for more than a decade now. It has been our family’s legacy, and even though business is difficult, our family has managed to support its existence. The business on the other hand has also never failed to support the family financially. Although it did not make us millionaires like other businessmen in the city made of themselves, we had a relatively comfortable life in the countryside.

I am the first in the family to study in a university in the city. I had a degree in business administration, and I thought that expanding our business through having a branch in the city would be a good challenge for me, and might also be good for the family. My parents are too willing to have my back. However, being a newbie in the business circle in the a big city, I know that I might need to hire a business litigation Greenville attorney, who will take care of the legal matters pertaining to any contracts or deals I will be making in the future.

A friend from the university recommended this attorney in Morehead City NC, whose law office specifics I can know about in their website. My friend is indeed telling the truth when she said that the law firm is very competent and their attorneys are both humane and steadfast. The attorney I hired is always ready to answer my inquiries and is very consistent in reminding me of my rights and obligations.

Reading Up On Current Events

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

The newspaper that I picked up from the store this morning had a lot of world current events in it. I wanted to read every article on the subway, but I did not get that done. I am hoping to get some time during the work day or at lunch to finish it.

I love having something to talk about with my coworkers throughout the day. It seems that everyone is interested with world current events and has an opinion or comment on just about every subject. The more controversial ones are always fun, because it really gets everyone’s blood pumping.

I really like it when my boss gets involved with the conversations. Then, if we end up standing there for a long time, no one cares. It will not cause any trouble with the higher ups, since the main guy on the floor is involved. It is not like anyone knows what we are discussing. It could be about work, for all that they know.  Maybe I should start getting my paper delivered to my house and then I would have time before I even get to the subway, to read a few of the articles and then I will be able to finish it on the train.

Clean your Nest in a Click

Friday, May 7th, 2010

Mom never leaves the house unclean. It has to be spick and span from day in to day out. So one day when I started to wonder outside the house, I noticed the Canvas roof to be somewhat dirty. I found it to be filled with black, charred-full of molds. I called mom’s attention about it but we have no idea how to clean it since it’s quite high and it’s inconvenient.   I called this particular company who was referred to me by a friend that are experts on awning cleaning just to see how they worked their magic on it. And within days, it transformed back into its original color. Now I can see clearly the color of our canvas roof even when I looked up across the street!

My friend and I started going up and about in downtown area for shopping when I saw a bunch of guys filling their cases outside the old apartment.  Some were in the ladder while others are pulling large hoses. It looks like a particular day to begin with but it seems that these guys are busy doing something in the building. They all worked their hands on it. It’s pretty unique when they all helped out one another. I asked one of the guys just to know their business is and he mentioned pressure washing. I noticed that this was also offered by the cleaning company I hired recently. Next time, I would like for them to do that to our home. I trust them enough.
